Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our official website.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at siyalta@proton.me to request a return authorization.
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.
- For exchanges, once the returned item is collected, we will ship your replacement.
- The exchange process usually takes 2–3 working days.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- If you don’t see your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at siyalta@proton.me
Invalid Reasons for Return
- Returns cannot be accepted if the buyer simply changes their mind or no longer wants the item.
- Please review your order carefully before confirming purchase.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Non-returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Footwear that shows signs of wear or damage
- Items purchased during final-sale or clearance offers
