Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our official website.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at siyalta@proton.me to request a return authorization.
  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.
  3. For exchanges, once the returned item is collected, we will ship your replacement.
  4. The exchange process usually takes 2–3 working days.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • If you don’t see your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at siyalta@proton.me

Invalid Reasons for Return

  • Returns cannot be accepted if the buyer simply changes their mind or no longer wants the item.
  • Please review your order carefully before confirming purchase.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Non-returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Footwear that shows signs of wear or damage
  • Items purchased during final-sale or clearance offers
